The fully prefabricated prestressed plate comprises a plate body, prestressed steel bars, a filling layer and concave structures, wherein the plate body is of a hollow structure; the prestressed steel bars are pre-buried at the top and the bottom of the plate body; the filling layer is arranged in the hollow structure of the plate body and fills the hollow structure, and the filling layer is made of a light filling material; and the concave structures are sunken downwards to be formed on the two sides of the top surface of the plate body, and pre-buried steel plates are fixedly arranged on the top surfaces of the concave structures. The hollow plate body of the fully prefabricated prestressed plate is matched with the light filling layer, so that the self-weight of the structure is reduced, the cost of consumables is reduced, the fully prefabricated prestressed plate can be used for a large-span floor system, the number of structural beams is effectively reduced, the concave structures and the pre-buried steel plates form the connecting structures for connecting the plates, the plate sides and the plateends, and the floor assembly efficiency can be effectively improved.
