Fabricated building outer wall
The invention provides an assembly type building outer wall. The wall comprises a heat preservation plate, a cover layer, L-shaped embedded parts and a cement layer; the heat preservation plate is located on the outer side of the cement layer; the cover layer is arranged on the outer plate face of the heat preservation plate in a sleeving mode and seals all plate faces, except for the inner plateface, of the heat preservation plate; the L-shaped embedded parts comprise inner arms and outer arms which intersect, wherein the length of the outer arm is larger than the thickness of the heat preservation plate, the outer arms are perpendicular to the thickness direction of the heat preservation plate 1 and tightly attached to the outer wall face of the cover layer, the ends, connected with theinner arms, of the outer arms face the cement layer on the inner side of the heat preservation plate, and the free ends of the inner arms are inserted into the cement layer; the heat preservation plate, the cover layer and the L-shaped embedded parts are connected into a whole through connecting pieces driven into the outer sides of the L-shaped embedded parts in a penetrating mode; and the heatpreservation plate comprises 100 parts of inorganic fibers and 1-13 parts of phenolic resin. According to the fabricated building outer wall, through reasonable structural layout, the fabricated outerwall is simple in structure, and outer wall processing is convenient; and by in combining novel heat preservation materials, the fireproof, isolation and mechanical properties are greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种装配式建筑外墙,包括保温板、罩层、L型埋件和水泥层,保温板位于水泥层的外侧,罩层套设在保温板的外板面上,封闭保温板内板面之外的全部板面,L型埋件包括相交的内臂和外臂,外臂的长度大于保温板的厚度,外臂与保温板1厚度方向垂直,贴紧罩层的外壁面,连接内臂的一端朝向保温板内侧的水泥层,内臂的自由端插入水泥层中,通过由L型埋件外穿射的连接件将保温板、罩层、L型埋件和水泥层连接为一体。保温板中包括100份无机纤维,1~13份酚醛树脂。本发明中装配式建筑外墙,通过合理的结构布局,使装配式外墙的结构简单,外墙加工方便,结合新型保温材料,极大提高了防火、隔离、力学性能。
