The invention relates to a waterproof roll structure and a laying method thereof. The waterproof roll structure comprises a middle base layer, an upper bonding layer, a lower bonding layer, an upper waterproof layer and a lower waterproof layer, wherein the upper bonding layer and the lower bonding layer are located on the two sides of the base layer, the upper waterproof layer is located on the upper bonding layer, and the lower waterproof layer is located below the lower bonding layer; the width of the upper waterproof layer is smaller than that of the base layer, the width of the lower waterproof layer is smaller than that of the base layer, and the width of the upper waterproof layer is smaller than that of the lower waterproof layer; and the waterproof roll structures are spliced intoa whole plane, an opening with the width being 0.5-1cm is formed between the upper waterproof layers, and the phenomena of abutting, bulging, curling and the like between the adjacent waterproof rollstructures can be effectively avoided. The opening is coated with interface waterproof glue paint, the interface waterproof glue paint can be effectively combined with the upper waterproof layer andthe base layer to form a compact connecting structure, and the hydrophobicity, waterproofness and permeation resistance of the whole waterproof layers are improved.
本发明涉及一种防水卷材结构及其铺设方法,防水卷材结构包括中间胎基层、位于胎基层两侧的上粘结层和下粘结层,以及位于上粘结层上的上防水层和位于下粘结层下的下防水层,所述上防水层的宽度小于胎基层的宽度,所述下防水层的宽度小于胎基层的宽度,且所述上防水层的宽度小于所述下防水层的宽度。把防水卷材结构拼接成一整个平面厚,会在上防水层之间形成宽度为0.5‑1cm的开口,可以有效避免相邻的防水卷材结构之间的抵触、隆起,进而卷曲等现象。在开口处涂覆界面防水胶涂料,界面防水胶涂料可以有效地与上防水层和胎基层结合在一起,形成致密的连接结构,改善整个防水层的憎水性、防水性和抗渗透性能。
