The invention discloses a floor tile paving structure based on a leveling overhead ground. The floor tile paving structure comprises a leveling structure, paving fasteners and floor tiles, wherein theleveling structure is used for being mounted on the ground and forming a height-adjustable flat surface on the ground; the paving fasteners are used for being fixed to the upper portion of the leveling structure and matched with a floor tile cushion layer to form a mounting structure for supporting and positioning the floor tiles on the upper portion of the leveling structure; and the floor tilesare laid on the paving fasteners. The ground is leveled through the leveling structure, then a base layer is laid on a keel frame for leveling, and then the floor tiles are fixedly mounted by mounting the multiple sets of paving fasteners on the base layer; and the assembly type mounting mode is easy and fast to operate, the construction efficiency is high, and after assembly is completed, the product quality is stable, and maintenance is easy and convenient.
