The device comprises a liquid storage rod, paint is transferred through the liquid storage rod, a piston is movably connected to the interior of the liquid storage rod, the pressure in the liquid storage rod is changed through movement of the piston,and through cooperative use of the piston, a limiting plate, a pinion and a first rotary disc, automatic quantitative transfer is conducted during paint spraying, a roller does not need to be used for repeated dipping, the working efficiency of paint spraying is improved, through cooperative use of a liquid storage bin, a baffle, a first connecting rod and a second rotating disc, automatic opening and closing can be conducted during paint spraying, and therefore quantitative spraying is guaranteed; the paint is prevented from dripping on the ground due to excessive amount, waste of the paintis reduced, through cooperative use of a special-shaped disc, a sleeve rod and a rotating shaft, the two steps of paint spraying and quantitative transferring are linked, so that the linkage performance of the whole device is improved, and operation is simpler.
