The invention discloses a portable building outer frame wall connecting piece and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of application tools of building outer frames. The wall connecting piece comprises a nut, a connecting screw and a connector steel pipe, wherein the periphery of the nut is wrapped with a screw sleeve to form a wall connecting piece pre-buried externalmember, one end of the connecting screw is sleeved with the screw sleeve and is connected with the nut in a matched mode, and the other end of the connecting screw extends out of a pre-buried structural beam or the outer side of a wall and is hinged to the connector steel pipe, so that a rotational degree of freedom is formed between the wall connecting piece and a safety outer frame. The construction method of the wall connecting piece comprises the manufacturing step of the wall connecting piece and an installation and fixing method. By implementing the technical scheme, construction can becarried out under the condition that the peripheral structure of a building is not penetrated, holes are prevented from being reserved in a building layer, secondary repair is avoided, and the hiddendanger of leakage of an outer wall is eliminated; and meanwhile, the rotational degree of freedom is formed between the wall connecting piece and the safety outer frame, so that the technical problemthat the connection between the wall connecting piece and the safety outer frame cannot be adjusted after the wall connecting piece is pre-buried can be effectively solved, and the installation quality of the safety outer frame is remarkably improved.
