The post-cast constructional column concretelifting device comprises inclined sliding rails, a supporting frame, a winch and a moving trolley, wherein the supporting frame is directly arranged on the horizontal ground; the inclined sliding rails are arranged above the supporting frame; fixed pulleys are arranged on the lower sides of the top ends of the inclined sliding rails; the winch is arranged at the lower ends of the bottoms of the inclined sliding rails; a traction cable is wound around the winch; the other end of the traction cable winds around the fixed pulleys and is fixedly connected with the moving trolley; the moving trolley is arranged on the upper sides of the two inclined sliding rails in a sliding manner; and a storage box is arranged at the upper end of the moving trolley. By means of the device, concrete can be rapidly lifted, the effect of shortening the construction period is achieved, a large amount of manpower is saved, and the whole device is easy to use and convenient to move.
