The invention provides a high-low voltage transmission line power tower, and relates to the technical field of power transmission. The high-low voltage transmission line power tower comprises expansion bolts mounted on the ground and fixed bottom feet fixed to the ground through the expansion bolts, wherein a main rod tower is arranged at the top ends of the fixed bottom feet; a through sliding hole is formed in the middle of the main rod tower; a sliding rod is mounted on the inner wall of the sliding hole in a sliding connection mode; and the two ends of the sliding rod symmetrically extendout of the front side and the rear side of the main rod tower. Locking claws with the number the same as that of bearing holes are arranged on the side wall of a linkage frame facing the direction ofthe bearing holes at equal intervals, when the linkage frame is driven by a bottom threaded lead screw to slide downwards, the locking claws on the linkage frame are driven to synchronously move downwards, the top end of a bearing plate on a bearing frame is locked through downward movement of the locking claws, the lifting height of a cross beam frame in a lifting opening is fixed, and the structural firmness of the cross beam frame on the main rod tower is improved.
