The invention discloses a construction fence with a pedestrian passing function. The construction fence comprises a base, a baffle and a support rod fixed to the base, wherein a passing hole is formedin the inner side wall of the base; the baffle is arranged on the support rod in a sliding mode; and a driving device is arranged in the base and is in linkage with the baffle so as to drive the baffle to ascend and descend vertically and drive the baffle to penetrate out of the passing hole to form a passing bridge floor structure. According to the construction fence with the pedestrian passingfunction, by arranging the baffle and the driving device, the baffle can be effectively driven to slide downwards to form the bridge floor structure through the cooperation of the driving device and the baffle, and pedestrians can pass through the bridge floor structure.
