The invention relates to an intelligent lock with a theft key unlocking alarm function and an alarm method thereof. The intelligent lock is installed on an intelligent lock door and comprises a microprocessor module, an angle sensor module, a wireless communication module and a power supply module, wherein the angle sensor module, the wireless communication module and the power supply module are electrically connected with the microprocessor module, and the wireless communication module is wirelessly connected with an external APP user side; the angle sensor module is used for detecting whether the intelligent lock door is opened or not and transmitting information to the microprocessor module; when the intelligent lock door is detected to be opened, the microprocessor module is used for judging whether the intelligent lock door is opened by a key or not, and if yes, the wireless communication module is controlled to send confirmation information to the APP user side so as to confirm whether the intelligent lock door is opened by a user or not; and if the user replies the confirmation information and confirms that the intelligent lock door is not opened by the user, or the user does not reply the confirmation information within the preset time, the microprocessor module controls the wireless communication module to send alarm information to the APP user side.
