Provided are an apparatus for constructing a slab of a building and a method using same, the apparatus for constructing a slab of a building comprising: a beam fixing bracket coupled to a corner bracket slidably mounted at the soffit length of the upper end of a wall panel; a slab panel that is seated inside a space partitioned by the soffit length and the beam to form the bottom surface of the slab; a beam fixing member for integrally connecting the beam and a prop head so that the load of the beam is supported by a support; a separable guide for supporting the beam together with the beam fixing member on the support and also for lowering a beam separated from the prop head along the support; a descending member for gradually lowering the beam by friction with an outer circumferential surface of the support when the separable guide is lowered; and a stopper formed so as to protrude at a predetermined height on the support and stopping the lowering of the beam and the slab panel.
