The invention discloses a cementing material prepared from construction waste and capable of replacing cement. The cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of construction waste, 15-25 parts of active silicon dioxide, 6-10 parts of brick red aggregate, 1-3 parts of modified material, 2-4 parts of reinforcing agents and 1-3 parts of water. Theinvention further provides a preparation method of the cementing material capable of replacing cement and prepared from the construction waste. The cementing material is composed of construction waste, active silicon dioxide and brick red aggregate as raw material, and modifying material and the reinforcing agent as auxiliaries, so that the cementing adhesion effect of the cementing material is effectively improved.
