The invention discloses a low-shrinkage coating material for forming compressive stress on the surface of a ceramic body. The low-shrinkage coating material is composed of a base material and a binderin a weight ratio of 1: (0.001-0.005), wherein the base material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-95 parts of the unsintered ceramic green body material and 5-30 parts of thelow-shrinkage material. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the low-shrinkage coating material and a prestressed ceramic product. Contraction of the coating materialis counteracted through the low-shrinkage material, pressure stress is formed on the surface of the ceramic by means of the difference of the shrinkage characteristics of the surface coating materialand the green body, and thus the breaking strength of the ceramic product is remarkably improved, and the material is suitable for different kinds of ceramic.
本发明公开了一种用于陶瓷坯体表面形成压应力的低收缩涂层材料,由基料和粘结剂按照重量比基料∶粘结剂=1∶0.001~0.005组成;所述基料按照重量份数其组成为未烧结的所述陶瓷坯体材料70~95份、低收缩材料5~30份。此外,还公开了上述低收缩涂层材料的制备方法和预应力陶瓷制品。本发明通过低收缩材料来抵消涂层材料收缩,利用表面涂层材料与坯体间收缩特性的差异在陶瓷表面形成压应力,从而实现陶瓷制品抗折强度的显著提高,且适用于不同种类的陶瓷。
