Replaceable high-strength prefabricated assembled pier
The invention relates to a replaceable high-strength prefabricated assembled pier which comprises a bearing platform, a prefabricated pier column arranged on the bearing platform and a bent cap arranged on the prefabricated pier column. The upper end and the lower end of the prefabricated pier column are fixedly connected with connecting structures embedded in the bearing platform and the bent caprespectively to form a whole. Each connecting structure comprises a sleeve which is embedded in the bearing platform or the bent cap and is provided with an opening in one end, a plurality of fixingblocks are arranged on the inner wall of each sleeve, and a cavity allowing the upper end or the lower end of the prefabricated pier column to be inserted in a matched mode is defined by the inner side surfaces of all the fixing blocks jointly. Compared with the prior art, the structure is light in weight and high in strength, the construction method is simple, operation is convenient, rapid replacement can be achieved for the bridge pier column damaged after an earthquake, traffic can be recovered in time, and the good recovery performance after the earthquake is of great significance in economic development of the society.
本发明涉及一种可更换的高强预制拼装桥墩,包括承台、设置在所述承台上的预制墩柱,以及布置在预制墩柱上的盖梁,所述的预制墩柱的上下端分别与预埋在承台和盖梁内的连接构造固定连成整体,所述连接构造包括预埋在承台或盖梁内且一端开口的套筒,在套筒的内壁上布置有若干固定块,所有固定块的内侧表面共同围绕形成可供预制墩柱的上端或下端匹配插入的空腔。与现有技术相比,本发明结构轻质高强,施工方法简单,操作方便,且对于震后破坏的桥梁墩柱,可实现快速更换,及时恢复交通,震后良好的恢复性能对社会的经济发展具有极为重要的意义。
