Prefabricated beam section, high-early-strength UHPC wet joint and large-span beam bridge suspension splicing construction method thereof
The invention relates to large-span beam bridge structures, and particularly discloses a high-early-strength UHPC wet joint which is formed by pouring high-early-strength UHPC with fast early strengthdevelopment and is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character ''feng'' so as to improve the shear resistance of the joint. The invention further discloses a prefabricated beam section and a large-span beam bridge cantilever assembly construction method of the high-early-strength UHPC wet joint. The high-early-strength UHPC joint has good mechanical properties and durability; and the bonding strength with the prefabricated beam section is high, and the effect of transferring stress to the bridge transverse joint can be well achieved.
本发明涉及大跨梁桥结构,具体公开了一种高早强UHPC湿接缝,采用早期强度发展快的高早强UHPC浇筑而成,呈“丰”字型结构,以能够提高接缝的抗剪性能。本发明还公开了一种预制梁段以及一种高早强UHPC湿接缝的大跨度梁桥悬臂拼装施工方法。本发明的高早强UHPC接缝具有良好的力学性能与耐久性能;与预制梁段的粘结强度高,能够很好地起到桥梁横向接缝传递应力的作用。
