The device is characterized in that a suspension block (2) isfixed to the upper middle of a semi-circular-ring rod (6), cross rods (11) are arranged at two lower ends of the semi-circular-ring rod separately, a semicircular rod A (14) and a semicircular rod B(18) are hinged to a connecting piece (17) separately, a fishing net A (7) is fixedly connected to one side of the semi-circular-ring rod and one side of the semicircular rod A, and a fishing net B isfixed on the other side of the semi-circular-ring rod and one side of the semicircular rod B; and a pull rope A (4) is connected with an inserting rod A (10) on the lower portion of an air bag B (12), the inserting rod A is inserted into a blind hole (29) in the middle of the semicircular rod B, a pull rope B (5) is connected with an inserting rod B (13) of an air bag A (9), and the inserting rodB is inserted into a blind hole of the semicircular rod A. When the device is suspended by a helicopter or an unmanned aerial vehicle to reach the position above the floating object to be fished, thehelicopter or the unmanned aerial vehicle descends to force the air bags to float upwards, and thus the fished floating object is further obtained and enters the fishing nets.
