The invention discloses a telescopic wellbore formwork. The telescopic wellbore formwork comprises side flat formworks, a bottom holding platform and corner formworks, wherein each corner formwork comprises two intersecting side plates, and the two side plates correspond to two side flat formworks correspondingly; and the two corresponding side flat formworks can be driven by a driving mechanism to move towards the exterior of the telescopic wellbore formwork till the two corresponding side flat formworks are aligned with the two side plates correspondingly, and the two corresponding side flatformworks can be driven by the driving mechanism to move towards the interior of the telescopic wellbore formwork so as to be separated from poured concrete. The telescopic wellbore formwork can forma regular wellbore formwork shape, so that the forming quality of corners is improved; after pouring is completed, the driving mechanism can further drive the side flat formworks to be gathered and contracted, so that the side flat formworks are separated from the poured concrete; then the telescopic wellbore formwork is hoisted into the upper-layer position of a well so that concrete pouring canbe conveniently carried out on the upper-layer position of the well; and the telescopic wellbore formwork is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the forming quality of the corners can be guaranteed.
