The invention discloses an inspection well lid with an anti-theft function for municipal infrastructure. The lid comprises a lid body, wherein a groove and a threaded groove are formed in the upper end of the lid body, two telescopic cavities are formed in the lower end of the lid body, a transition cavity communicating with the threaded groove and the telescopic cavities is formed in the lid body, and a strong spring is welded to the lower end of a lifting plate. According to the lid, the groove, the threaded groove, the transition cavity and the telescopic cavities which are in communicationwith one another are sequentially formed in the lid body, a telescopic rod which is connected with a locking column and a driving piston are arranged in the transition cavity, a driven piston which is elastically limited and supported by a return spring, a pull rod and a locking bolt are arranged in each telescopic cavity, the lifting plate is movably arranged in the groove, and the locking column capable of being fixedly connected is connected to the lower end of the lifting plate through the strong spring so that the driving piston can be driven to move up and down in the transition cavityonly by rotating the locking column while pressing the lifting plate, and thus the locking bolt can be prevented from being directly pulled to contract through the lifting plate, and the inspection well lid is prevented from being directly opened.
