The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and particularly relates to an FRP connecting piece for a composite heat preservation integrated plate and a preparation method of the FRP connecting piece. The FRP connecting piece is composed of a fixing disc base made of plastic and an FRP anchor rod made of thermosetting materials; the fixed disc base comprises a disc body and a connecting part integrally formed together with the disc body, and one end of the FRP anchor rod is connected with the connecting part to form an integrated structure; and anchoring grooves facilitating increasing of anchoring force in wall materials such as concrete are formed in a rod body of the FRP anchor rod.
