The invention provides a thermal-insulation outer wall construction method and a thermal-insulation board fixing device. The fixing device comprises a fixing and pulling device and a bearing device; the fixing and pulling device comprises embedded threaded sleeves, pulling rods and a opposite-pulling part, wherein the outer side ends of the pulling rods are upsetting sections with threads, the inner side ends of the pulling rods are provided with threaded sections with the length of 60-80 mm, and the opposite-pulling part comprises a sleeve, a rod piece, a cone nut, an opposite-pulling screw rod and a nut; and the supporting device comprises angle steel and channel steel. According to the method and the device, one ends of the threaded sections of the pulling rods can penetrate through thepre-buried threaded sleeves from the outer side of a floor slab, and when the upsetting sections of the pulling rods penetrate through the pre-buried threaded sleeves, the pulling rods can be completely screwed in through a hexagon wrench, and due to the fact that no blocking object exists on the outer side of a floor, the installation efficiency is greatly improved, and a powerful guarantee is provided for shortening the construction period; and the supporting device is additionally arranged at the bottom of each layer of shear wall, so that the probability of quality safety accidents in later use is greatly reduced.
本发明提供了一种保温外墙的施工方法及保温板固定装置,所述固定装置包括固定拉结装置和承托装置,所述固定拉结装置包括预埋螺套、拉结杆和对拉部件;所述拉结杆的外侧端为带螺纹的墩粗段,在拉结杆的内侧端设有长度为60~80mm的螺纹段;所述对拉部件包括套筒、杆件、椎体螺母、对拉螺杆和螺帽;所述承托装置包括角钢和槽钢。本发明可从楼层外侧将拉结杆的螺纹段一端穿过预埋螺套,当穿至墩粗段时,可利用六角扳手将拉结杆完全拧入,由于楼层外侧无任何遮挡物,安装效率大大提高,为缩短工期提供了有力保障。本发明在每层剪力墙底部增加承托装置,极大的减少了后期使用发生质量安全事故的概率。
