Rainwater can be intercepted and recycled by laying the planting units on a roof; and water collecting and drainage mechanisms are arranged near the planting units, so that rainwater seeping out of the planting units is intercepted between the frame plates and the light-transmitting cover plate, and drainage is carried out through the drainage mechanisms on the frame platesand the light-transmitting cover plate.
