The construction method comprises the following steps that: S1, a quadrangular special-shaped supporting platform frame is mounted, the four-corner special-shaped supporting platform frame comprises a vertical beam, an upper cross beam is welded to the upper end of the vertical beam, a lower cross beam is welded to the lower end of the vertical beam, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are parallel to each other and are respectively perpendicular to the vertical beam, the length of the upper cross beam is larger than that of the lower cross beam, and an oblique beam is connected between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam, one end of the oblique beam is welded to the end, away from the vertical beam, of the upper cross beam, the other end of the oblique beam is welded to the end, away from the vertical beam, ofthe lower cross beam; S2, wooden wedges are mounted; and S3, wood beams and a panel are mounted. The construction method of the cornice formwork has the advantages of being easy to operate in inter-construction, high in self-rigidity and stable in integrity.
