According to thedevice, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the moving block is connected with the box body through the dismounting shaft, the chain drives the dismounting shaft to rotate the chainwheel so as to drive the box body to move, the moving block moves to drive a friction block to make contact with a manual rotating shaft, a connecting block is locked, and a scraper is manually controlled to make contact with the surface of cement through a rotating disc, so that the cement trowelling work is conducted.
