The invention relates to a concrete seasonal construction maintenance process. The process comprises the following method of winter construction maintenance. The method comprises the steps that 1, concrete is poured, wherein portland cement or ordinary portland cement is added into concrete to prepare the concrete, so that the concrete cannot be frozen before the compressive strength of the concrete reaches 30% of the designed strength, and meanwhile an anti-freezing agent is added into a concrete mixture; 2, concrete heat insulation is carried out, wherein heat insulation is carried out on the concrete through a heat storage method or a house heating method; and 3, concrete maintenance is carried out. By means of the process, the phenomenon that construction stops in hot summer or winteris avoided, and normal operation of construction is guaranteed; the temperature of the concrete is guaranteed in winter, and freezing of the concrete is avoided; in summer, the temperature of the concrete is reduced by reducing the temperature of concrete raw materials; and through roughening on old concrete, the contact surface of the old concrete and new concrete is increased, so that the new concrete can be conveniently bonded to the old concrete.
