The invention discloses a heating and heat preservation anti-blocking device for a building drainage pipe. The device mainly comprises a heating wire and a controller, wherein the heating wire is wound outside a drainage pipe body in a winding mode, so that the heat preservation effect is achieved, and blockage caused by caking of oil stains flowing in the drainage pipe is prevented. The controller can adjust the heating temperature, the heating time and the heating interval, and when the temperature is abnormal, the controller can emit flashing light for reminding and can be automatically powered off, so that the damage to a PVC pipeline is prevented.
本发明楼宇排水管加热保温防堵器。主要由发热丝和控制器构成,所述的发热丝以缠绕的方式缠绕在排水管体外,以此达到保温效果,防止排水管道内流动的油污结块造成堵塞。控制器可对发热温度、加热时间和加热间段进行调整,当温度异常时,控制器会发出闪烁灯光提醒,并自动断电,避免损伤PVC管道。
