Preparation material of remolded coal series mudstone sample and batch preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of rock mechanics experiments, and relates to a preparation material of a remolded coal series mudstone sample. The material comprises the following components, by mass: 5-15% of pulverized coal, 10-20% of bentonite, 5-10% of clay, 30%-40% of quartz sand, 5%-15% of the cement, and the balance being water. In a laboratory, the characteristics of calcium bentoniteor sodium bentonite are utilized to simulate the water absorption characteristic and expansion deformation characteristic of mudstone, the characteristics of quartz sand and cement are utilized to simulate the sandy components and strength of mudstone, and a certain amount of on-site coal sample, clay and purified water are added. A remodeling experiment rock sample is obtained by using a specialplastic drying grinding tool according to different proportions to carry out a rock mechanics experiment, and a proportion closest to the mechanical property of an on-site rock sample is selected to prepare carbonaceous mudstone samples in batches to carry out mechanical evaluation.
