The forming machining method comprises a workbench, a belt conveyor and a forming device, wherein the belt conveyor is installed at the upper end of the left side of the workbench, and the forming device is installed at the upper end of the right side of the workbench; the forming device comprises an inverted-L-shaped plate, a first electric air cylinder, a fixing frame, a limiting frame, a supporting plate, a second electric air cylinder, a first adjusting frame and bending frames; and the fixing frame comprises a positioning plate, a second adjusting frame, a moving plate, a cylindrical spring, a connecting column, a rectangular pressing plate and a long shaping plate. Plates are fixed by the forming device and bent, meanwhile, the plates subjected to first-time forming machining through the bending frames are subjected to forming machining again, the plates are completely formed and machined, meanwhile, the plate machining width can be adjusted by adjusting the first adjusting frame and the second adjusting frame, and therefore the use efficiency of the equipment is improved.
