The invention relates to the field of ceramic tile binders, and particularly discloses a high-weatherability ceramic tile binder and a preparation method and a construction method thereof. The ceramictile binder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 10-20 parts of modified silicon dioxide aerogel, 55-70 parts of natural fine sand, 1-5 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-2 parts of cellulose ether and 25-40 parts of water, wherein the modified silicon dioxide aerogel is prepared by a silicon-containing compound participating in an in-situ polymerization process. The ceramic tile binder disclosed by the invention has relatively high weatherability and heat insulation property.
