The invention discloses a thin-spraying material for reinforcing, beautifying, supporting and sealing a coal mine roadway and a preparation method and a use method of the thin-spraying material. The thin-spraying material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30-40% of Portland cement, 10-20% of fly ash, 10-20% of cast stone powder, 1-5% of kaolin, 0.01-1% of a thickening agent, 0.01-0.5% of redispersible latex powder, 0.01-0.5% of a water reducing agent, and 0.5%-8% of polyoxyethylene and the balance of water. When in use, the raw materials are prepared into slurry,and then the slurry is sprayed on site. The thin spraying material disclosed by the invention has excellent hydration film forming property, tensile strength and bonding strength, is low in cost, canbe quickly cured, does not rebound, does not spontaneously combust, and is smooth in surface, safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种用于煤矿巷道加固美化支护封闭的薄喷材料及其制备与使用方法,该薄喷材料由以下质量百分比的组分制成:30%~40%硅酸盐水泥,10%~20%粉煤灰,10%~20%铸石粉,1%~5%高岭土,0.01%~1%增稠剂,0.01%~0.5%可再分散乳胶粉,0.01%~0.5%减水剂,0.5%~8%聚氧化乙烯,余量为水。使用时先将原料配制成浆料,然后再现场进行喷涂。本发明的薄喷材料具有优良的水化成膜性、抗拉强度及粘结强度,成本低,能够快速固化,不回弹,不自燃,表面光滑,安全可靠。
