The invention discloses a method for realizing diffusion bonding of aluminum oxide ceramic based on aluminum oxide titanium nickel. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a pure Ti foil and a pure Ni foil with square structures, and an Al2O3 sheet , respectively washing the pure Ti foil, the pure Ni foil and the Al2O3 sheet with concentrated HNO3 and a 10% HCl solution, and preparingthe pure Ti foil, the pure Ni foil and the Al2O3 sheet into a diffusion couple with an Al2O3-Ti-Ni-Ti-Al2O3 structure; then applying pressure to two sides of the diffusion couple by using graphite flakes for fixing; and carrying out annealing treatment to realize diffusion bonding of the aluminum oxide ceramic. According to the invention, the two materials can be reliably combined, the excellent performance of the two materials is fully utilized, the quality of the joint is stable, and the connecting strength is high.
本发明公开了一种基于氧化铝‑钛‑镍实现氧化铝陶瓷的扩散连接方法,准备正方形结构的纯Ti箔、纯Ni箔及Al2O3片,然后用浓HNO3和浓度10%的HCl溶液分别冲洗纯Ti箔、纯Ni箔及Al2O3片,将纯Ti箔、纯Ni箔及Al2O3片制成Al2O3‑Ti‑Ni‑Ti‑Al2O3结构的扩散偶;然后将扩散偶两侧用石墨片施加压力进行固定;经退火处理实现氧化铝陶瓷的扩散连接。本发明能够将两种材料可靠地结合起来,充分利用各自的优良性能,接头处质量稳定,连接强度高。
