The invention discloses a secondary lining concrete carbonization curing method, which comprises the steps of step 1, sealing a space; step 2, filling the closed space with high-concentration CO2 gas;and step 3, inflating for 3-28 days, and enabling the environment relative humidity to be not lower than 55%. The high-concentration CO2 gas is introduced, so that Ca(OH)2 or calcium silicate in theconcrete partially reacts with the high-concentration CO2 to generate CaCO3, internal cracks and capillary pores are made up, formation of CaCO3 crystals generated by carbonization in the capillary pores is fully utilized, capillary pore channels are closed, the impermeability of the concrete is improved, and thus the impermeability of the secondary lining concrete is improved. The carbonization activation curing method is different from carbonization of traditional concrete in atmospheric CO2, can improve strength and impermeability and repair cracks, and is especially suitable for impermeable concrete in closed spaces such as tunnels, culverts and the like.
