The invention discloses a flame-retardant TPO waterproof roll for maintenance. The flame-retardant TPO waterproof roll comprises a TPO homogeneous sheet, a non-woven fabric, butyl rubber and an isolating membrane which are stacked in sequence. The invention further provides a preparation method of the flame-retardant TPO waterproof coiled material for maintenance. The environment-friendly self-adhesive butyl rubber is selected, so that the weather resistance is good, the water tightness is good, and the cohesiveness with a steel plate is excellent; and a non-environment-friendly solvent type chloroprene rubber adhesive is abandoned. Construction is convenient, specifically, workers only need to remove rust on a base face and then tear off an isolation layer immediately, and the construction speed is doubled compared with that of a traditional scheme. The non-woven fabric layer is used as a transition layer, so that the problem of plasticizer migration of an adhesive can be effectivelyprevented; and the TPO homogeneous sheet has flame retardance and can effectively prevent fire from spreading.
