The asphalt concrete mixing process comprises the following steps of pre-mixing, wherein rawmaterials are pre-mixed at the temperature of 155-160 DEG C to obtain a pre-mixture; and staged mixing, wherein the pre-mixture is subjected to continuous staged mixing, the temperature is 165-170 DEGC in the primary mixing stage, the temperature is 150-160 DEG C in the middle mixing stage, and the temperature is 140-145 DEG C in the final mixing stage; and the staged mixing step is executed in astaged mixing device. The raw materials of the asphalt concrete are sufficiently mixed; secondary reworking is reduced; and the process is green and environmentally friendly.
