The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, in particular to an asphalt laying device which comprises a bottom plate. A discharging opening is formed in the inner side of the bottom plate, a shell fixedly connected with the bottom plate is arranged on the upper side of the discharging opening, a feeding hopper is arranged at the top of the shell, a storage mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the feeding hopper, and a discharging mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the storage mechanism. A push rod fixedly connected with the bottom plate is arranged on the right side of the shell. By arranging a stirring rod, raw materials can be heated more uniformly, and asphalt caking is avoided; by arranging an electric heating wire, the temperature of asphalt can beincreased uniformly, and caking is prevented; and by arranging a transmission mechanism, a storage barrel can move up and down repeatedly, asphalt in the storage barrel can be fully stirred, meanwhile, the asphalt can be prevented from blocking a discharging pipe, the storage barrel pushes a wedge-shaped block through a push block, a filter frame can move left and right repeatedly under the actionof the wedge-shaped block and a second spring, therefore, the asphalt can be evenly scattered on the road surface, and the laying effect can be improved.
