The large-span bridge comprises a plurality of piers and a main beam, wherein the plurality of piers are arranged at intervals, and cross beams are respectively arranged on the piers; the main beam is arranged on all of the cross beams; one vibration reduction device or two symmetrical vibration reduction devices are arranged on each pier; and each vibration reduction device of the main beam comprises a dowel bar, an amplifying rod and a damper, one end of the dowel bar is rotatably connected with the bottom, which is located outside the piers, of the main beam, the middle of the amplifying rod is rotatably arranged onthe cross beams or the piers, the amplifying rod comprises a connecting end and an amplifying end, the connecting end is rotatably connected with the other end of the dowel bar, one end of the damperis rotatably arranged on the cross beams or the piers, and the other end of the damper is rotatably connected with the amplifying end. According to the vibration reduction device, the problems of wind vibration including vortex vibration and vehicle vibration generated by the large-span bridge at specific wind speed in the prior art can be solved.
