Box beam jacking reinforcing structure and method
The invention relates to the technical field of box beams, in particular to a box beam jacking reinforcing structure and method. The box beam comprises a solid section, box beam chambers, a box beam bottom plate and reinforcing bodies. The box beam chambers are arranged on two sides or one side of the solid section. The reinforcing bodies are installed on the box beam bottom plate in the box beamchambers in the length direction of the box beam. The reinforcing bodies are fixedly connected with the box beam bottom plate. The invention further provides a reinforcing method of the reinforcing structure. Firstly, the sizes, the number and the jacking positions of the reinforcing bodies are calculated. Then each reinforcing body enters the box beam chamber through a mounting hole, is mounted and is fixed with the box beam bottom plate. Jacks are mounted according to the calculation result. Finally, jacking construction can be conducted. The box beam jacking reinforcing structure and methodhave the advantages that after the reinforcing structure is installed, the jacks can be directly installed at the bottom of the box beam during jacking construction, and a distributive beam does notneed to be used. Therefore, the procedures of mounting, dismounting and the like of the distribution beam are reduced, the construction steps are simplified, the construction difficulty and cost are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
