The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete member mechanical joint which comprises an inserting rod, a clamping ring and a containing sleeve. The clamping ring comprises a split clamping ring body and an elastic piece, the split clamping ring body comprises two or more clamping petals, the elastic piece enables the clamping ring to have radial elasticity, and a containing groove used for containing the clamping ring is formed in the inner wall of the containing sleeve; and the containing sleeve is provided with an opening allowing the inserting rod to be inserted therein, the clamping ring can be installed in the containing groove through the opening, a positioning part used for positioning the clamping ring in the containing groove is arranged in the containing sleeve, the insertingrod can penetrate through the clamping ring and is connected with the clamping ring in a clamped manner under the action of the elastic piece, and meanwhile the clamping ring is limited in the containing groove. According to the prefabricated concrete member mechanical joint, installation process steps of the mechanical joint are simple, the installation efficiency of concrete members can be greatly improved, and the connection strength is guaranteed.
