The invention discloses a greening planting groove applied to a rock slope containing a lattice beam and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of slope greening. The greening planting groove comprises the lattice beam, a planting groove, rock nails and fastening steel bars, the lattice beam is composed of cross beams and vertical beams which are staggered with each other, and the planting groove comprises a bracket bottom plate, bracket side plates and a bracket tensioning plate; the bracket bottom plate is connected with the bracket tensioning plate, an included angle is formed between the bracket bottom plate and the bracket tensioning plate, and the two sides of the bracket tensioning plate are each connected with one bracket side plate; the bracket bottom plate is fixed to the inner wall faces of the cross beams, and the bracket side plates are fixed to the opposite inner wall faces of the adjacent vertical beams after being bent; and the rock nails are anchoredinto the rock slope, one ends of the fastening steel bars are welded to the portions, exposed out of the rock slope, of the rock nails, and the other ends of the fastening steel bars are fixed to thetop end of the bracket tensioning plate. The greening planting groove has the beneficial effects that the stability of the planting groove is good, and the problem that in the prior art, the rock slope with a steep slope is difficult to green is solved.
