The invention discloses an excavator remote control system which comprises a main controller, a signal transmitter, a signal receiver and a control valve bank. The signal receiver is electrically connected with the main controller; the signal receiver is suitable for receiving a remote control signal of the signal transmitter and transmitting the remote control signal to the main controller; the main controller can generate a corresponding control signal according to the signal of the signal receiver; the control valve bank is electrically connected with the main controller, so that the flow direction and the flow rate of a pilot liquid path connected to a main valve of an excavator can be controlled according to the control signal of the main controller, and the action of a hydraulic executing mechanism of the excavator is controlled. According to the excavator remote control system provided by the invention, the flow rate and the flow direction of pressure liquid entering a main valve pilot control port can be controlled in a remote control mode, so that the excavator action control precision is high, and the reliability is high. The invention further discloses an excavator remote control device and the excavator. The excavator remote control device and the excavator also have the advantages of being high in control precision and reliability.
