A main body of the embedded body is embedded under the ground, the ground hydrant body is fixed to the top of the embedded body, the ground hydrant body and the embedded body are hollow, an output connecting pipe in butt joint with the ground hydrant body is arranged on the side face of the ground hydrant body, and a valve is arranged on the output connecting pipe; a water inlet connecting pipe in butt joint with the embedded body is arranged on the side surface of the embedded body, and the front end of the water inlet connecting pipe is in butt joint with a municipal water supply pipeline; a circulation pore plate and a sealing plate are arranged at the lower portionin the ground hydrant body, a fixing pore plate and a lifting plug are arranged at the upper portion in the embedded body, and the output connecting pipe is located above the circulation pore plate; when leakage occurs, the sealing plate is attached to the circulation pore plate, the lifting plug is attached to the fixing pore plate, the interior of the whole device is plugged from two positions,and water is prevented from leaking from the connecting position of a pipeline and a hydrant body and the like; and especially when the output connecting pipe is impacted, the situation that a large number of water resources are leaked due to damage to the device can be avoided, and waste of the water resources is reduced.
