The device structurally comprises a storage mechanism, a walking mechanism connected with the storage mechanism and a discharging mechanism; the storage mechanism comprises an original soil box, a gravel box and a sand padding box which are sequentially connected, wherein a feeding port is formedin the upper end of the original soil box, and a discharging port is formed in the lower end of the original soil box; the walking mechanism comprises walking frames connected to the two sides of thestorage mechanism and driving wheels rotationally connected to the walking frames; and the discharging mechanism comprises a conveying belt and a guide cylinder, the conveying belt comprises an original soil conveying belt, a gravel conveying belt and a sand padding conveying belt which are sequentially arranged at intervals from top to bottom, the guide cylinder is arranged between the sand padding conveying belt and the gravel conveying belt, and the guide cylinder is arranged in the length direction of the sand padding conveying belt. The drainage pipe construction device has the effect ofimproving the construction efficiency of a drainage pipe groove structure.
