The system comprises a gutter inlet initial rainwater accurate diversion device and a slag removal filtering device, wherein a dry season cabin and a rainy season cabin are arranged in a box body of the gutter inlet initial rainwater accurate diversion device; a first drainage pipe and a second drainage pipe are arranged at the bottoms of the dry season cabin and the rainy season cabin respectively; and the first drainage pipe and the second drainage pipe are provided with a normally-closed firstvalve and a normally-closed second valve respectively. The slag removal filtering device comprises a first treatment chamber and a second treatment chamber, a pre-sedimentation tank and a filtering tank are arranged in the first treatment chamber, the second treatment chamber comprises a sediment sedimentation area and a centrifugal filtering area, and the first drainage pipe and the second drainage pipe communicate with a water inlet of the slag removal filtering device. According to the gutter inlet initial rainwater accurate diversion and treatment system, rainwater can be accurately diverted, rainwater which is small in pollution and meets the emission standard can be directly discharged, rainwater which is serious in pollution can enter the slag removal filtering device through the valves in the gutter inlet initial rainwater accurate diversion device, and solid impurities in sewage are effectively removed.
