The invention discloses a municipal pipe network structure and a clearing construction method thereof. The municipal pipe network structure comprises a ditch body and a hollow cover plate arranged atthe upper end of the ditch body, wherein a plurality of filtering groove bodies with leaking holes are arranged in the ditch body; a filtering net is arranged in each filtering groove body; an elasticlifting assembly for driving each filtering groove body to ascend out of the ditch body is arranged at the bottom of the ditch body below the filtering groove body; when the cover plate is positionedat the upper end of the ditch body, the cover plate can limit the filtering groove bodies driven by the elastic lifting assemblies to extend out of the ditch body; the plurality of filtering groove bodies are distributed in the length direction of the ditch body and are independent of one another; each filtering groove body is independently connected with a pair of elastic lifting assemblies; andthe filtering nets are integrally arranged in the filtering groove bodies. The municipal pipe network structure has the effects that when the cover plate is taken down from the upper end of the ditchbody, the filtering groove bodies are driven by the elastic lifting assemblies to ascend, so that the bending amplitude can be reduced when an operator clears sediments in the filtering groove bodies, and the operator can clear the sediments in the filtering groove bodies more easily.
