The invention discloses a wall-attached support, a wall-attached device and a using method of the wall-attached device. The wall-attached support, the wall-attached device and the using method of thewall-attached device aim at solving the problems that an existing wall-attached device is insufficient in adjusting performance and assembling performance. The wall-attached support comprises a supporting frame body and a bearing swing shaft assembly, wherein the supporting frame body is composed of two parallel side plates, a connecting plate fixedly connected between the side plates and an end plate, and corresponding arc-shaped long holes are formed in the two side plates; two supporting cylinders are coaxially arranged and fixedly connected to the outer sides of the side plates correspondingly; one of the ends of two guide rail limiting assemblies is arranged on the corresponding supporting cylinder in a sleeving mode correspondingly, and the other one of the ends of the two guide raillimiting assemblies is buckled to a guide rail correspondingly; the bearing swing shaft assembly comprises a swing shaft support connected to an inner cavity of the supporting frame body through a pin shaft, a bearing main rod fixedly connected to the end of the swing shaft support, and a tension spring. The two ends of the tension spring are connected with the connecting plate and the bearing main rod of the supporting frame body correspondingly; and the bearing main rod is embedded in the arc-shaped long holes and can slide along the arc-shaped long holes. The wall-attached device comprisesthe wall-attached support, a jacking device and a hydraulic oil cylinder, wherein the wall-attached support and the jacking device are arranged in a vertically spaced mode, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is in shaft connection with the wall-attached support and the jacking device through oil cylinder pin shafts.
