According to the sleeve fixing and vertical positioning device, the sealing effect of the cover plate is better than that of an adhesive tape, concrete in the sleeve is prevented from being blocked, the sleeve and a formwork are connected into a whole, so that the installation is firm,the device is detachable, is flexible to mount and dismount and can be repeatedly used, the vertical positioning component enables an upper-layer sleeve and a lower-layer sleeve to be consistent in position, and sleeve mounting quality is guaranteed, positioning is accurate, one-time installation of the sleeve can be achieved, and the construction technological process is reduced.
本发明提供了一种套管固定及垂直定位装置，包括盖板、锁紧部件和垂直定位部件，锁紧部件包括横向受力杆和竖向受力杆，二者之间转动连接，竖向受力杆下方连接垂直定位部件；盖板上设有容纳竖向受力杆的圆孔，盖板下表面上设置一对以圆孔中心为对称中心的挡柱，挡柱间的最大止挡距离与套管的内径匹配；竖向受力杆在盖板上方位置设有锁紧螺母。本发明中，盖板的密封效果优于胶带，避免套管内混凝土堵塞；套管与模板连接为一体，使之安装牢固；装置可拆卸，且安装拆除灵活，可重复使用；垂直定位部件使上下层套管位置一致，保证套管安装质量；定位精准，套管安装可实现一次安装，减少施工工艺过程。
