The pull rod plate and pull piece plate conversion device comprises a cross rod, a connecting plate, a pressing rod, aspring bolt and a bolt, wherein the pressing rod comprises a nut fixed relative to the pressing rod; the connecting plate and the spring bolt are arranged at the two ends of the cross rod correspondingly; the spring bolt comprises a bolt support and a bolt body with the diameter being variable, the bolt body comprises a first part and a second part which are connected, and a limiting step is formed at the joint of the first part and the second part; a thread structure is arranged on the second part in the circumferential direction, and the diameter of the first part is smaller than the diameter of the second part and smaller than the inner diameter of a first through hole; the diameter of the second part is larger than the inner diameter of the first through hole; the first part of the bolt body is arranged in the first through hole of the cross rod in a penetrating mode, and the inner side of the cross rod is limited at the limiting step of the bolt body; the second part of the bolt body is arranged in a second through hole of the pressing rod in a penetrating mode and is in threaded connection with the threaded end of the bolt body through the nut; and the distance between the cross rod and the pressing rod can be adjusted by rotating the bolt body.
