Transverse moving device
The invention discloses a transverse moving device. The transverse moving device comprises connecting rods, base beam bases, base beams, cantilever beams and an oil jack, wherein the two ends of the two base beams are connected with the base beams through the base beam bases; the connecting rods are connected between the two base beams through the base beam bases; connecting frames are arranged between the two connecting rods and located on the two sides of the base beams; the cantilever beams are symmetrically connected to the bases on the two sides of the base beams through bolts; the pistonrod end of the oil jack is hinged to a driving bicycle; cylinder bodies of the oil jack penetrate into the cantilever beams and are connected through bolts; and a pump station and an electrical system are installed on the connecting frames. The transverse moving device is high in work efficiency, free of risks, capable of achieving leveling, synchronization and deviation rectification during transverse moving and accurate in alignment; and polyurethane wheels are adopted, no track needs to be laid, the requirement for road surface treatment is not high, and the input cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种横移装置,包括连杆、底座梁底座、底座梁、悬臂梁和油顶,两根底座梁的两端通过底座梁底座连接有底座梁,两根底座梁之间通过底座梁底座连接有连杆,两根连杆之间设有连接架,连接架位于底座梁的两侧,在底座梁两侧的底座通过螺栓对称连接有悬臂梁,油顶的活塞杆端与主动单车铰接,油顶的缸体穿入悬臂梁内部并用螺栓连接,在连接架上安装有泵站和电气系统。本发明工效高,零风险,横移可调平、可同步、可纠偏,对位精准;车轮采用聚氨酯车轮,不需铺轨道,对路面处理要求不高,降低了投入成本。
