The invention discloses a lamp post mounting structure. The lamp post mounting structure comprises a base; an accommodating groove allowing a lamp post to penetrate through is formed in the base; a pit used for accommodating a transversely-arranged lamp post is formed in the lamp post; the accommodating groove and the pit are located on the same straight line; a plurality of rolling wheel pieces arranged in parallel are arranged at the two ends of the pit and used for allowing the lamp post to move on the base; a limiting plate is arranged on the side, far away from the pit, of the accommodating groove; the limiting plate is higher than the base; the side face, close to the accommodating groove, of the limiting plate is obliquely arranged; a positioning plate is arranged at the upper end of the limiting plate; a fixed pulley is arranged at the upper end of the positioning plate; a wire winding machine is further arranged on the limiting plate and connected with the fixed pulley througha winding wire; and a jacking device is arranged on the side, far away from the accommodating groove, of the base. According to the lamp post mounting structure, the transversely-arranged lamp post can be moved to the jacking position through the rolling wheel pieces; and then the wire winding machine is matched with the jacking device to realize inclination and erection of the lamp post; and then the lamp post is limited by the limiting plate and the accommodating groove; under the cooperation of a second jacking device, the stability of the lamp post during erection is guaranteed.
