The invention discloses an anti-theft device and a power distribution cabinet with the anti-theft device. The anti-theft device comprises a lock cylinder shell body; a lock cylinder is movably installed inside the lock cylinder shell body; the lock cylinder shell body and the lock cylinder are both provided with L groups of telescopic bead body channels which are in one-to-one correspondence; matching bead bodies, telescopic bead bodies, and extrusion bead bodies are sequentially and movably arranged in the telescopic bead body channels from top to bottom; the extrusion bead bodies penetrate out of the lock cylinder shell body through the telescopic bead body channels in the bottom of the lock cylinder shell body to be movably matched with rotary bead body extrusion discs; extrusion grooves which are consistent with the telescopic bead body channels in number and correspond to the telescopic bead body channels in a one-to-one mode are formed in bead body extrusion wire grooves; and each of the bead body extrusion wire grooves comprises a closed wire groove and (N-1) sets of irregular extrusion wire grooves. Compared with password and fingerprint recognition, the recognition abnormity and fault probability is lower, and the anti-theft safety of the device is greatly improved through the design of a variable lock tooth structure.
