The invention discloses a counting lock. The counting lock comprises a lock body, an unlocking mechanism, a lock tongue, a transmission mechanism and a counter; and the counting lock is characterizedin that the lock tongue is in linkage with the transmission mechanism, and when the lock tongue retracts into the lock body, the transmission mechanism is driven to drive the counter to count. The counter can only increase counting in one direction. The counter is welded on the lock body or is integrated with the lock body so that the counter cannot be disassembled without damage or trace. The counter shell cannot be opened and reset without damage and trace.
